[Deion "Poo-head" Sanders]

Uh, what's the point?

I noticed a few years back that sports journalists almost universally refer to Barry Sanders' running style as "scampering". For example, from an AP article dated 23 December 1996 on CNN's website (with emphasis added):
"Sanders, who began the game with 1,378 yards, passed the 1,500-yard mark on 19-yard scamper late in the third quarter."
Now, that article's not there anymore, but hey. For a few more examples, an Altavista search on the words Barry Sanders scamper will give you well over nine hundred fifty thousand hits. Or, try this article if you don't believe me. Given how uniformly this can be seen across the country, one can only conclude that there must be some sort of stipulation that any reference to Barry must include the word "scamper". The only way this could be perpetrated so consistently, and on a nation-wide basis, is with federal involvement.

Now, given that it is almost universally agreed on that Deion is a poo-head, we are campaigning for a similar stricture, namely that any article about Deion Sanders must at some point refer to him as such.
